INCOME TAXES
The primary focus of our practice is the preparation of your personal or business tax returns. The primary objective here is to gather the necessary information required to prepare your return properly. If you get your own information together, we can provide you with an organizer. If you require bookkeeping assistance, we provide that as well.
ACCOUNTING AND BOOKKEEPING
We have several approaches to accounting and bookkeeping. We offer full bookkeeping service done here in the office. This involves analyzing, classifying, and recording your transactions from check stubs, bank statements, etc. This process produces a set of books which can then be used to prepare your tax return as well as financial statements for use by you or your bank. If you elect to do your own books, we support several of the more popular programs available for this.
PAYROLL AND SALES TAXES
Our payroll services are either "after the fact" or "real time". In after the fact, you write the payroll checks and we summarize the data for the monthly deposit or quarterly reports. In real time, you call or fax us the employee's hours and we do the rest! Sales tax data is gathered in a similar manner.
We also have available an almost inexhaustible supply of tax and accounting information on our "tax info" screen. This material is available directly on the screen itself or through one of the links provided for your convenience.
We are also pleased that you can access our software and prepare, file, and print your own tax return. This feature is found on the "on-line" filing page.
